We understand that sometimes people change their minds. After you place an order, there is a 4-hour grace period where you can cancel your order for a full refund. After this period passes, you can still cancel your order by contacting us by email, phone or contact form.

If your order has already shipped, we will ask our shipping carrier to re-route the order back to our facility, but any shipping/re-route fees will be deducted from your refund.

The easiest way to tell if an order is shipped is if you have received a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please note, tracking information can take up to 6 business hours to update in our shipping carriers' systems.
