If you are outside our free shipping zone, you will be charged shipping at the price provided by UPS at checkout.
UPS shipping is available for customers based in Canada. For International customers, we offer DHL Worldwide Express. Customers are responsible for the payment of shipping at checkout.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with relevant tracking information once your order has been shipped.
*Additional shipping charges may apply to hard-to-reach areas (remote, sparsely populated, or geographically difficult to access - for a list of Zip codes that may be affected, please visit www.fedex.com or www.ups.com) and/or for larger orders shipped via freight carriers. These charges will be assessed after your order is placed and we will contact you to discuss any additional fees. If your order is subject to additional shipping fees that you are unable/unwilling to cover, your order can be cancelled and fully refunded with no penalty.
Currently we do not ship to U.S. PO Box, APO, FPO or DPO addresses. Shopify does not have the capability to block U.S. PO Box orders. If you place an order using a U.S. PO Box address, we will cancel the order and refund it.
For larger orders, our freight company may contact you to set up a delivery appointment. Freight orders will normally include curbside delivery only and the freight company may require you to be at home for delivery.
In the unlikely event your parcel is damaged, destroyed, lost or misplaced during transit, please report the situation to us within 48 hours of delivery. Our company has a limited amount of time to initiate trace and claim. If the parcel is damaged, please provide pictures. Any delay in notification of parcel damages may result in the carriers rejection of claim.
Please note that the industry standard for damage to tile during transit is between 3% - 5%. For example, if 100 square feet of tile is ordered, it is likely that between 3 - 5 square feet will contain damage. This damage is usually small chips on the corners or sides, and in the majority of cases these tiles can still be used for installation cuts and corners. The industry standard is to order 10% extra for installation cuts and corners.
If there is less than 5% damage to your order, we reserve the right to ask for pictures to determine whether the tile is useable and we reserve the right to refuse to replace the tile if it is deemed useable.
^ For palletized orders, our promise is 7 business days or less to most contiguous United States locations. It does not apply to remote and sparsely populated or geographically difficult to access place. The delivery time might be affected by weather, unforeseen carriers' issue, force majeure, and other circumstances. We will communicate with you should those issue arise and kindly ask for your patience.
Once the order is delivered, we ask that you do not leave the shipping boxes exposed to outside weather or in a high humidity area. Doing so may cause damage to the shipping boxes and the product and will result in our warranty being voided. To protect the product, please store them in dry and low humidity area and do not open the protective layer until you are ready to install the tiles.
